We are pleased to announce that on the 17th December 2009 Aeromatix became a division of Worgas Burners Ltd. being the UK subsidiary of Worgas Bruciatori Srl.

Aeromatix is the largest volume UK manufacturer of gas burners and associated components. It has an impressive history of innovative product development and quality manufacturing.

 Worgas Group is now offering the most complete gas burner range and burner spare parts for domestic and commercial appliances. By incorporating Aeromatix into Worgas Burners Ltd. we will develop the two brands and manufacturing operations in Derbyshire UK and Formigine Italy to give our customers an even greater choice of product, design and logistic supply.

 We see this as an important step towards our " Vision ":

• to be recognised for our pioneering technology, outstanding quality and service to achieve continuous growth and be strategic partner of choice in our sectors;
• to develop innovative technology that contributes to safeguarding our environment;
• to be recognised by collaborators, suppliers and clients for our loyalty in actions and service.

 The coming months will be used for the integration process. Rest assured that this process will not disrupt our regular business. You should continue to speak and operate the business with your established contacts both at Aeromatix and Worgas. Supply and manufacturing arrangements will remain as you have agreed.

 In Aeromatix  we would like to welcome Jim Maxfield as the new Managing Director.

Worgas Bruciatori srl annuncia con orgoglio di aver ottenuto, con un punteggio che la colloca tra le prime 4 aziende del settore metalmeccanico, un importante finanziamento per un progetto di ricerca su un nuovo metodo di regolazione dei bruciatori a gas.

Dr. Gunther Berthold has been appointed to the position of
Managing Director, Worgas Bruciatori srl effective from 1st February 2009.
Mr. Renzo Vecchi wish continue as Chairman of the Board, and his daughters
Cristina and Simona will continue with important roles as Directors of the
company.

Dr. Gunther Berthold is 46 years old and received his doctorate in Physics
from the Technical University of Munich, Germany in 1993. He subsequently
joined the University of Modena as Research Fellow. During that time his
interest was in semiconductor physics with applications in high frequency
and photovoltaic devices.

Dr. Gunther Berthold joined Worgas Bruciatori in 1994 and has served the
company in different roles since. He started his carreer as Project
Engineer, then was appointed Technical Director, subsequently Marketing
Director and in 2007 Managing Director of Worgas Inc., USA.

"Gunther has a long and profund experience in the gas burner market and has
shown outstanding strenghts in both product and market developemtn. His
appointment further strengthens our gas burner business and will enable us
to continue to improve our operating efficiency and technological
leadership. These, in turn, will allow us to enhance our customers' service
with fast responses and even higer quality product. We continue to believe
in the long term opportunities of the gas burner business and are focused on
increasing our worlwide market share. We also see a structural change in the
energy sector due to a growing awareness of our climate changes and the
availability of fossil fuels. Worgas will take on this challenge to develop
innovative products that will allow us to diversify into new areas".
